My friend and I have just been on the afternoon tea boat trip at Stockton. Excellent afternoon with this coach company. Our driver Ben and Carter who looked after us both very smartly dressed. They are both a credit toAbbots.

I would share my experience with the driver of bus 89 on 27.7.22 from Northallerton to Stokesley at 1600 He was very friendless and helpful. If possible I would send him a “Thank you” letter. If you have a contact email. Thanks

Had a lovely day at Boundary mill today. Our driver Ben was fantastic couldn't do enough for the passengers. Would certainly go with them again.

Lovely day out to Scarborough on Saturday, nice ride through Coxwold and Ampleforth, coffee stop in Thornton Le Dale.Would definitely recommend, great value for money x

I have been blessed to use this service for quite a while now and seeing the service stop has had a really horrible experience on me. I use the service from London Victoria going to Leeds and Bradford. The guys most especially Michael, James, Cliff and Gilly are superb. Excellent team. These guys are friendly, professional and they do not tolerate nonsense. If any passenger causes any problems, Michael & James don't hold back. They're really wonderful guys. Pls come back!!! Since you left, it hasn't been the same. Myself, Angelita and Ross to name a few miss you tremendously...🤗

Not good! A week ago I waited from 11.45 for the 12.07 bus at Northallerton hospital. A bus went through at 12.05 and it’s driver told me that my bus was ‘coming shortly’. It never came. At 12.25 I called to enquire what was happening I was told it had already gone through. To get to the hospital bus stop there is a slight detour off the main road. Clearly the driver that day had decided to miss out this detour and bus stop. I lodged a complaint and was told a manager would get back to me with an explanation. No one did. I called again next day and was told a manager would get back to me with an explanation. No one did. Just not interested. Customer care = zero.
